At SpeakPro Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality professional communication training services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds, cancellations, and transfers. Please read this policy carefully before enrolling in our programs.
We want you to be satisfied with our services. However, due to the personalized nature of our coaching and training programs, refunds are subject to specific conditions and timeframes as outlined below.
For our multi-week programs (Interview Mastery Program, Public Speaking Excellence, and Professional Communication Workshop), you may request a full refund within 7 days of your program start date, provided you have attended no more than one session. To qualify for a full refund:
If you request a refund between 8-14 days after the program start date, you will receive a 50% refund of the program fee, minus the cost of any completed sessions calculated at our standard hourly rate.
No refunds will be provided for cancellation requests made more than 14 days after the program start date. However, you may be eligible for a program transfer as described in Section 7.
For personal consultations and individual sessions:
If you have purchased a package of personal consultation sessions, unused sessions may be refunded at 80% of the per-session rate if the package is less than 50% utilized. No refunds will be provided once more than 50% of sessions have been completed.
If we cancel a program due to insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, or other circumstances, you will be entitled to:
If we cancel an individual session, you will receive a full refund for that session or free rescheduling at your convenience, plus a $25 credit toward future services as an apology for the inconvenience.
We understand that unexpected medical or emergency situations may arise. If you need to withdraw from a program due to documented medical reasons or family emergencies, we will work with you on a case-by-case basis to provide:

Program enrollments are generally non-transferable to other individuals. However, we may permit transfers to another person at our discretion, subject to a $100 administrative fee and the new participant meeting any program prerequisites.

Active military personnel who receive deployment orders during their enrollment will receive a full refund for uncompleted sessions or the option to freeze their enrollment for up to 12 months.
If you relocate more than 50 miles from our Lake Chesterton location and are enrolled in an in-person program, you may transfer to our virtual format or receive a prorated refund for uncompleted sessions.
If you are dissatisfied with our services, please contact us immediately. We are committed to resolving concerns and may offer alternative solutions including additional sessions, program modifications, or other accommodations.
Programs purchased at promotional rates or with discount codes may have modified refund terms:
Corporate training and group programs have customized agreements with specific refund terms. Please refer to your corporate training agreement or contact us for details about group program refunds.

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your credit card company or payment processor before contacting us to resolve a refund issue, we reserve the right to suspend access to all services and pursue collection of any legitimately owed amounts, plus administrative fees.
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your enrollment in programs after policy changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy. However, changes will not apply retroactively to enrollments made before the policy change.
